TICKET INFORMATION

Supporters are advised not to travel unless they are in possession of a valid match ticket. No ticket upgrades will be available on the day of the fixture.

The Everton Fan Centre will be open 10am until 1pm on Saturday 19th February to deal with any ticketing queries. Please contact 0151 556 1878 for any support.

Supporters who have ticketing issues after this time should report to Ticket Office 3, the visiting supporters’ Ticket Office from 3 hours before kick-off until 15 minutes into the match. Any supporters collecting duplicate tickets are advised to take Photo ID with them to avoid any issues.  

HELP AND SUPPORT  

There will be a team of Everton Travel Stewards at the game to help with any issues that may arise whilst you are there.

COVID GUIDELINES

Ahead of your visit to St Mary’s, please ensure that you have read their Supporter Code of Conduct. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow this Code of Conduct at all times. Please click here for more information.

Supporters are advised that following the removal of the Government’s Plan B restrictions, there are no longer COVID measures or spot checks in place from this weekend.

Fans are therefore no longer required to offer evidence of their COVID status in order to gain entrance.

However, we encourage fans to take a lateral flow test before attending games, to protect yourself and other supporters.

We also strongly advise all supporters aged 11 or over, in line with Government advice, to bring a face-covering to wear in all indoor areas and while on the stadium concourse, other than when eating or drinking, or if exempt.

Please also be mindful that players and management are required to remain under matchday Covid regulations and are not able to stop for autographs and photographs before or after the game

STADIUM INFORMATION

St. Mary’s Stadium is now completely cashless and therefore we do not take any cash payments. All major debit and credit cards and mobile payments, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Bag Policy: All bags will be subject to a search prior to entry and must be small enough to fit under your seat, without causing any obstructions to the walkways. If you need a larger bag for medical reasons, please contact our Supporter Services Team via [email protected].

The Fan Zone is open to all supporters on a first come first serve basis and provides an outside area for supporters to soak up the matchday atmosphere prior to kick-off. For those who wish to watch the lunch time kick-off prior to the Saints on a Saturday, can do so.  

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Supporters who are located on our raised platform do not have access to the concourses, however the stewarding team will ensure there is access to refreshments on the day. Please note there will be no access to alcohol.  

There is an audio descriptive service in place for visually impaired supporters. Please contact  [email protected] prior to your visit to be provided with an audio descriptive receiver.  

Accessible toilets are right next to our ground floor vomitory and therefore has step free access. Two toilets are available– one of which is a left-hand transfer and the other being a right-hand transfer. To access these, supporters are advised to take their own RADAR key, however accessibility stewards will have access to one if required.  

Changing Places facility: There is a Changing Places Facility available. Supporters or guests in need of this facility are encouraged to contact our Supporter Services Team for full information. They will then ensure you have easy access to the facility as and when required.

Saints Store: The Saints Store is open Monday – Saturday, and on matchdays. Entrance and exit points are via a flat surface through automatic doors. There are also lowered counters and hearing loops available in store. If you require any assistance whilst in the Saints Store, please speak to a member of staff.  

Food and Refreshments: All fixed catering outlets have a lower counter for wheelchair users and supporters that find the lower level more easily accessible. Menus are available in large print for supporters that are visually impaired. Please feel free to request these at any of our fixed outlets – they are printed on matt paper to prevent glare and can be taken away to peruse. Personal Assistants with supporters on the raised wheelchair decks will have access to concourse areas for half-time refreshments. An Accessibility Steward or a member of the Supporter Services Team may assist with the purchase of refreshments if needed – if you would prefer to request assistance prior to the match please contact Southampton on 02380 711 980 or email [email protected].

Sensory room: Places in the Sensory Room will be available for all first team fixtures and are subject to availability. Proof of eligibility, in the form of a letter from a doctor/consultant or similar, may be required.

Any supporters who feel they can benefit from the sensory room are encouraged to contact Aaron, the Disability Liaison Officer on 02380 711980 or [email protected].

Accessible Parking: If you are an away fan and require accessible parking, please contact the Supporter Services Team on [email protected] and provide your full name, vehicle registration and contact number. There are 6 spaces available, which are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

A “drop off and pick-up area” is available for Blue Badge Holders. This is situated outside the Main Reception area, adjacent to the Ted Bates statue. Access is via Chapel Road and Granville Street to the south of the Stadium.

This facility is available for vehicles displaying a blue disabled badge and is strictly for set down purposes up to two hours prior to the match and again for pick up purposes for up to one hour after the final whistle.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

Please be advised to check all chosen travel routes prior to travelling due to any unforeseen circumstances which may affect your travel plans.

From North: M3, via M25, passing Winchester and Basingstoke. 
From South: N/A, ground is located on the South Coast. 
From East: M27, from Portsmouth, passing Fareham. 
From West: M27, M271, A33, passing Copythorne and Nursling.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Shuttle Buses: Southampton Football Club run a dedicated Shuttle Bus Service from two separate locations for all home and away supporters – these are Southampton Central Train Station and Town Quay. The service starts 2 hours before kick-off for all first team matches and run every 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Contactless payments are accepted.  

Pick Up: Southampton Central Train Station – Operates from the South side of the station (Platform 4). Town Quay – Operates from Terminal 2 at Southampton’s Town Quay. Services are timed to depart five minutes after the arrival of the Red Jet service from Cowes. Passengers can purchase bus tickets from Red Funnel with their ferry tickets. Supporters that use the Car Ferry and Hythe Ferry are also welcome on the buses.  

Drop-Off: Buses will drop off and pick-up supporters on Chapel Road. Return buses operate for 30 minutes after the final whistle.

Train: Southampton is served by Southampton Central Railway Station, which is approximately a mile from the stadium – roughly a 20-minute walk. Please see above information on the shuttle bus which can take you from the station to the stadium.  

Parking: Southampton Football Club advise visiting fans not to travel by private car into the surrounding areas of Southampton. Due to parking restrictions operating on a matchday they recommend making use of public transport wherever possible. However, if you do choose to drive to St Mary’s Stadium you can make use of a local City Council car park. For more details, click here.

FAN BEHAVIOUR AND SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT  

Anti-Discrimination: Everton Football Club has a zero-tolerance stance on any discriminatory behaviour and language used to travel to, from or during the match. Possession or Use of Pyrotechnics: Everton Football Club does not condone the use of pyrotechnics under any circumstances. Any fan found using them will be subject to action by the Club and Police. Away Clubs use various techniques to detect the possession and use of pyrotechnics. Any person found in possession of such items are liable to arrest which could result in a criminal conviction and subsequent football ban.

Concourse Anti-Social behaviour: In previous seasons there has been an increase with a small group of fans becoming involved in anti-social behaviour (beer throwing) within club concourses. This does result in many fellow fans social activity at half-time being ruined by the actions of the small minority. Such action can result in ejection from the stadium or in the case of more serious incidents an arrest and subsequent football ban.

Please continue to enjoy your matchday but we ask that you also consider other supporters and how they will be affected by your behaviour.
